MD-AID is directed towards small business owners who need someone to look at things from another direction. Being a manager/CEO can be a stressful challenge, alone and vulnerable. Many are in the situation that there is no one to discuss their thoughts with. It can be both big and small things that may feel hard to manage. Then it's extra important to discuss these thoughts with someone who actually take the time and is confidential.
I have practical experience from being a CEO of 30 employees, and the coordination of purchases for 1200 small business owners, staff conflicts, adult bullying, reorganization, bankruptcy, sales and marketing.
